1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the betgames platform available at betgames.one, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the betgames platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betgames platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of betgames following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the betgames platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing betg ames from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of betgames, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the betgames platform.
• You must be accessing betgames for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of betgames services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. betgames reserves the right to verify all information provided.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active betgames account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. betgames employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betgames reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betgames login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. betgames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify betgames immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

betgames may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable regulations. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of account functionality.

4. Deposits & Payments

betgames accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in real time where technically possible.

4.1 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. betgames does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. betgames reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts where such deposits are detected.

4.3 Currency

All betgames accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). betgames does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by betgames subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your betgames account details.
• betgames aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• betgames reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your betgames account dashboard.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

betgames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. betgames reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where wagering requirements have not been met.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. betgames reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate betgames bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other means — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the betgames platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. The following principles govern gameplay on betgames:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not subject to manipulation by betgames or any third party.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, betgames reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• betgames game rules are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.
• betgames decisions regarding disputed game outcomes are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betgames platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the betgames platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Accessing betgames using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other non-human means.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the betgames platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the betgames platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betgames content without prior written consent from betgames.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betgames shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the betgames platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the betgames platform.

betgames' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

betgames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using betgames, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the betgames Privacy Policy.

betgames implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and betgames cannot be held liable for data breaches resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

betgames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure, betgames will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to betgames.

14. Amendments to These Terms

betgames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betgames will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or platform notification. Continued use of the betgames platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the betgames platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact betgames support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. betgames will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
